Property Appraisal
Reg really put us in a bind. So far off he should have his license revoked.
We were shopping a few different ways to do a cash-out refi. Already had 2 separate appraisals done
but needed to use him for the avenue that worked best for us. The previous
appraisals, done a week earlier were within $10k of each other. Reg's appraisal
was $100k lower! Slashed the amount we were able to pull out. Due to our
construction and financial deadlines (and new baby on the way), we couldn't
delay any longer by appealing it. Forced to accept it and now we can't do 1/3 or
our project.
