The water was coming from the small hose connecting to the ice maker. The connection was repaired and I was very satisfied with the work done.

I have lived in Fountain Valley for 35 years and have used G&H for any and all of my appliance repair needs for my house and a rental. Woody has repaired multiple stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and refrigerators for me through the years. He is the only guy I'll trust to go out for a repair without me there. Easy to schedule. I actually put it off a day for my convenience but G&H would have come the same day. Was charged the minimum labor and service call which, in my opinion, was completely reasonable. I would not hesitate to engage them for service next time.

We had Woody do repairs on 3 appliances on two different occasions. First he fixed our Jenn-aire freezer that was leaking. He knew the company had issued a replacement part for the faulty design and had it done quickly even though the location of the fridge was quite a difficult place to work.
Then a few weeks later he came back to diagnose problems with our leaking dishwasher and noisy spin cycle on clothes washer.
Woody is quite knowledgable about appliances, he found the problems quickly and knew what to do. In the case of the dishwasher he had to order a part, but got the part in two days and returned to install it.
He is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, most impressed. Figured out what was wrong just by listening. Called this morning and he was at my home by noon. Had the parts and did an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone and will call again.

I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Woody arrived on time and I was very friendly. He is VERY PROFESSIONAL, cost effective, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is a dog lover on top of everything :). I am SO HAPPY TO FINALLY HAVE AN APPLIANCE REPAIRMAN I CAN TRUST!! He is also knowledgable/proficient in my 1960s oven/stove, which is not common these days!! I'll definetlybhave him back to fix my fridges defrost mechanism soon. I can't recommend him highly enough! Ive dealt with many repairmen through a "warranty co" over the years and chose to just call here. I'm SO glad I did and its well worth the money to have the honesty and great service! "I was diagnosed with kidney cancer, requiring immediate surgery. I gave this customer a full refund, minus the refrigerator filter that I installed, which was needed. We try to provide the best service possible to all of our customers, but when life throws us a curveball like cancer, that is a difficult goal to accomplish. I am sorry that my situation upset this customer, but am pleased to say that, thank the Lord, I am now cancer free."

This review is for a different company, not G & H Appliance in Fountain Valley. Please check your receipt to verify which company you had out, but it was not us. In all fairness to whomever you did have out, sometimes a second part will go out coincidentally after replacing a first part. It does happen, even though it seems odd. "We are sorry that you are unhappy about the service call. We promptly reviewed your invoice. The actual charges were $65.00 to come out & diagnose the problem with your dryer & $26.90 plus tax for a new knob. The total on the invoice was $94.05. We would love to be able to lower our rates, but with the increasing costs of invoices, parts, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, vehicle insurance & medical insurance, we are not able to do so. We do disclose our rates over the phone to our new customers, when the service call is set up. We are always honest & upfront & that is how we have stayed in business in Orange County for over fifty years. Sincerely, Woody & Debbie at G & H Appliance"
