The repair did not cost me anything but time. Since he was honest I would highly recommend this place, and will bring in another item for repair.

John was informative about possible problems and options when I brought in my vacuum cleaner. He called with an update on its needs and quickly repaired it. The cost was far less than I had expected. He even carried it back to my car for me. What a gentleman!
Additionally, when I brought in my vacuum, he was working with a woman and her sewing machine. John was methodical in diagnosing the problem and made several suggestions. He was aware of how important it was to get the machine working properly so that she could finish her sewing project. Again, he carried machine out to her car. I won't hesitate to bring mine to him for its annual tune-up.
