This is not the first time I have used them. I like that the iwner does his own work and not send unqualigied people out. He pre treated the big spots and really stained areas. Shampooed the rugs and carpets, rinsed and thoroughly removed all the water. I like his pricess because it's not rush rush, he really takes the time and always wants to make sure I am happy before he leaves.
I highly recommend him to all my friends and family, a few have used the service and they are also very happy.
