Bad, workers are so rude., owner was not cooperating

They were wonderful. Each person had their own special knowledge of different jobs in the home. They were very professional through the whole process and I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them.

Blake came out promptly and gave me a quote which I accepted. As I was having a bathroom remodel also done at the same time, Blake suggested putting in the flooring first, as it has to adjust to the water content of my house prior to staining and sealing, which requires at least a week. So Cooper Floors moved my furniture out, removed the old carpet and installed the hardwood floor all in about 4 hours. Then the bathroom remodel began and after 5 weeks that was done, so I called Cooper, they came right out, sanded and stained the floor then returned the next day to apply 2 sealant coats. The floor looks so good I have decided to use smaller rugs just so you can see the beauty of the hardwood!

The process was great from start to finish.  I worked with Lauren from initial quote to completion of the project.  I originally received 3 quotes for the work, and I felt that Cooper Floors price was in-line with their competitors.  What made them stand out was the initial evaluation and insight that Lauren provided when she came by for the quote.  There were concerns over the amount of wear layer left on the wood floors.  One competitor did not even address the issue, and the other immediately pushed me to consider installing all new wood flooring.  I felt from the get-go that Lauren was very honest and knowledgeable in her field, something that was further confirmed as the work progressed.
The whole process took a total of 3 days.  The first day Lauren came by with the crew to help us pick out our stain and to help address any concerns or questions we had.  After that initial consultation, the crew worked over the next 3 days to sand, stain, and finish the wood.  I felt that the crew did an exceptional job controlling the amount of dust and leaving the working area in good condition following the job.
My only suggestion I would give to Lauren is to consider doing the final walk-down the day after or evening that the job is completed.  She came by the morning of the final day of work where the floors were in their near final state, but the base boards had not been reinstalled yet.  We did the final walk down, she provided great care instructions for the wood, and everything seemed in order.  The following day when we got to work putting the house back together, we noticed a small issue with how some of the baseboard had been installed.  Lauren was very responsive to our concerns and had a staff member out the same day to come fix the issue.  In fairness, the area where the baseboard issue arose was already a little tricky because it was an unsecured part of our kitchen cabinetry, so after the fact, it was understandable how the little problem occurred.  In any case, it was a great display of Lauren's commitment to getting things right, and the quick response was greatly appreciated.  Its just something that could've been more immediately brought to the attention of Lauren had the final walk down been done after 100% of the work was done, rather than say the 90% mark.  Just a suggestion, not a criticism by any means!
One last thing I want to commend Lauren for is that she was very responsive over email, phone, and text.  This gave us peace of mind she was always available should we have had other concerns during the process.  Now that its all done, our wood floors look amazing (basically brand new - not bad for some 20+ year old floors that had been terribly neglected).  We'll definitely consider Cooper Floors in the future if we need maintenance work done on these floors!

As mentioned above, the install went so smooth, and our hard wood floor looks fantastic.  We are very pleased with Cooper Floor's level of professionalism and service.  I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for hard wood flooring (and they other types of floors, as well as hard wood restoration)

Blake and Lauren are a rare find in Orange County. Blake showed up on time to quote the job. Called the next day with a price for replacing tile with new hardwood flooring. Followed up with email in writing. I met Lauren at the showroom to make my final selections. They scheduled my job for a time that fit into my schedule. Their crew showed up on time, very courteous, did a professional quality job. Cleaned up the mess. Carried my heavy appliances back inside. My new floors look amazing. Extremely satisfied, highly recommend.

We are very happy with the result. Our very worn, stained wood floors are looking new, and have a great finish.
We love the natural look, and it is amazing how new the wood looks!
Lauren also gave us excellent information on how to care for the refinished floors, as well.

They were great. Professional, clean, on time, floors look amazing. Everyone who sees them can't tell that the kitchen floor wood is new - they did an excellent job of matching it to the existing living room floor. I worked with Blake and really liked the fact that he did exactly what he said he would do and met the time frame.

The rooms look great! We will have them back to install same wood in the rest of the house.

They were good. They got right on it when they gave us an estimate. We agreed to have them do it and they were just right on it.

It went great from start to finish.

It is an old house with original wood floors, they refinished the floors and they patched a few spots and you can't even tell. they removed the old carpet in a few rooms no extra charge. they did a fantastic job, I would definitely use them again!

They moved the furniture to the deck outside per my instructions. (It was the closest place so they didn't have to go down stairs). After the first day they left and didn't cover all of the furniture. As a result my brnad new chair ($1,200) was ruined with water spots. Because I was supposed to be responsibile for the furniture, Blake refused to take responsibility. Ultimately he offered me $250. I never responded as this was an insult. The work on the floor was fine, but his response to my furniture being ruined was unacceptable. He could have turned it in to his insurance company but refused to do so.I will never use them again.

They were awesome. They were reliable, showed up, very neat, careful, and tidy. I got 5 different bids and they were very reasonable, too.

THE GUY IS A LOT OF FUN. WE LIKE HAVING HIM HERE. I THINK THAT HE WAS VERY RELIABLE.
