"This is in a condo unit. Unfortunately, we didn't demo the bathroom so, we didn't realize how or if the bathroom needed insulation. However, we did install insulation in the walls and ceiling per her request. Insulation isn't made for sound proofing, It's made for temperature regulation. Her bathroom has a bathroom next to it and above it and all the drains are plastic, instead of cast iron, which substantially quiets the water noise. We also replaced the tile in the shower because it didn't line up correctly (because it was round penny tile) and the final finish was impeccable! She wanted a freestanding vanity and asked her how she wanted it installed. she said she wanted it against the wall like her original vanity, but the original vanity wasn't a freestanding vanity, it was a built-in unit. After it was installed, she changed her mind and we installed it in the correct position, away from the wall, as we suggested originally. We also did add a cover for the clean out and touched up anything that needed to be done. We always stand behind our work and always go the extra mile.
