Excellent, Mike K. after extensive diagnostic testing, corrected the problem. This was much appreciated same day service.

I observed the plumber, Jacob, doing the work. He was obviously very experienced in his job. His communication skills are excellent and he kept me informed as the work progressed.

Great! The plumbing technician Kevin came over to unplug our kitchen drain. He was very prompt, neat,and professional. This is the second time Kevin has helped us with our old plumbing. I will definitely refer them to friends and use them in the future. Added bonus, the person I scheduled the appointment with was very courteous and efficient.

I have used Coast for over 15 years, always responsive, fair price, excellent service. This year had to call them out twice so far to fix two different problems, our plumber both times was Luis, he was great, explained issues, corrected them, excellent work. This kind of service is why I would only use Coast. Great quickly found problem and fixed it

They always show up on time. There is a scheduling issue that they got kinda snotty with me about. We switched to them because of their 24 hour availability. ?They have been responsive to address some emergencies we have had. ?Specific projects, they have replaced about twenty feet of sewer line and actually about another ten feet of hot water pipe. ?While they are a little higher than some in the area, they give a narrow window of arrival time, and they have always showed up within that window. They do very detail oriented work.

Went above and beyond by cleaning up a sloppy job by installer.

It went well. Nice and tidy. They were very efficient, got it done, had the right equipment and were very polite.

I was quoted about $85 for a diagnostic visit. If it was verified that the pilot light assembly would need to be replaced, the total would be $225. I scheduled a visit and Josh showed up within an hour's time. He took a look and verified that the pilot light assembly needed replacing. It took him about 30 min to replace. Josh was friendly and answered any questions I had. Pretty quick and painless. The Coast Plumbing website had a $20 internet coupon so my total was $205. Per GE, the pilot light assembly would have cost me $59 plus shipping and taxes (approx $70 total). So that's $135 for labor which certainly includes their overhead. Not sure if that is the going hourly rate for this type of job, but the pricing seemed fair and reasonable. Plus, it saved me from taking a stab at installing the new assembly. That might have ended up with calling them anyway. I was satisfied with the service and would feel comfortable calling them again for future plumbing needs.

We called at 10:00 am on a Saturday and a technician was at our home by ll:30. He took about 15 minutes to unplug the pipe.

They were very pricey. It was on a high end.

It went fantastic! Dustin from Coast Plumbing arrived promptly (on a Saturday) and got right to work. I had bought a disposal myself and he installed it and replaced the trap. He tested the unit and drainage thoroughly. Dustin was pleasant and left the area clean. I highly recommend Dustin and Coast Plumbing. They give free estimates and the price I paid was more than fair.

GREAT! Mike found the problem immediately. My 19 yr old Thermostat was dead. It wasn't speaking to the cooler. He replaced it, then he checked the fans, clean all around the heater..cleaned the filters, Went outside, washed the condenser, I was completely out of freon, I knew I would be...but Mike did let me know I was very. very low. So he fill her up (feron spl?) waited to be sure after each step all was good. It was great after the 1st step. But being so diligent, he made sure the conditioner was working perfect. When he 1st arrived, internal temp of my house was 90degrees, when he was leaving, it was a peaceful, wonderful 72. My family felt better physically. Last night, I I sleep like a baby. No pain, nothing, pure comfortable cool room to sleep. Everything is safe. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Coast, and Mike for saving my day...heck my life, literally. Coast is honest, trustworthy, and will do all they can for you!

Shane showed up within 3 hours of my service request to give a free estimate. This was very meaningful to me since it was my day off from work, and I needed this done to allow installation of a dishwasher that I had to reschedule due to the valve problem that I discovered that morning. Shane was very professional and courteous, taking time to explain things to me step by step and my different options. I did not feel any pressure to buy services. He visited my HOA office to clear the shutoff with the manager, and it turned out he was able to fix it today. I was very pleased with the service.

I'm giving Coast an A fo their effort to contact me. My number has changed since then. Also, they went beyond the call to try and contact me, and provide help. Instead of just letting it go. So far, that speaks volumes of what I can expect from them when they do arrive to do the work. I also need for Angie's, lists to help me correct my error. Then I will contact COAST plumbing for a check up for today if possible later this afternoon. If I will be able to have COAST come out, I'll Let you know how things go. I'm positive it will be a much more trustworthy experience.

Everything and a bit more completely.

I am 85 years old. Too old to get down with a monkey wrench and make my own repairs as I often did when I was younger. I have installed fill valves, flappers and supply lines many times. Average time of repair: 15 minutes. The plumber was at my house for a little over an hour. Half of that time he was outside in his truck. So I estimate he worked on my toilet for about 30 minutes. To get a feel for current hardware prices, I checked with Home Depot and found the following ranges of prices for the various items similar to those Coast installed for me. The most expensive fill valve and flapper kit was $19.98 (the cheapest was $7.48). Flappers ranged from $4.00 to $6.00. I found a 16-in. supply line for $6.70. A separate 1/4 turn angle stop valve was $9.72. Max materials : $42.40. Subtracting the material cost from the total bill, I get $335.23 for 30 minutes labor. That's $670.46 per hour!! Are you kidding me?

He was on time, everything works really great!

The plumbing technician Andy came on time on the same day I called them, did the inspection and quoted a price that I felt right and I engaged his service right away. He finished the job efficiently. He was very professional and honest. No ripping a new owner. If you are a new home owner like me or even owned for a long time - get a quote from this company for your plumbing work and you will end up hiring them. Highly recommended.

ouSo I called Coast Plumbing on Monday 2/22/2016 around 4:00PM after battling the clogged sink myself for a few days i gave in and asked for help!!! The customer service guy on the phone said that their tech would be out between 8:30-9:30am the next morning and that was perfect.  The tech Chris called at 8:52AM and promptly arrived at 9:20AM.  I explained to Chris the issue I was having and after a short discussion he said that he needed to run the cable down the pipe to clear it.  It took Chris like 15 mins he wrote up an invoice told me that his service came with a 30 day warranty.  I would recommend Coast Plumbing to my neighbors and friends in the area, they were prompt and quick with there service, and affordable.
