I use them all the time. I've been going for 20 or 30 years. I cant say enough about them. I spent about $225 and they're very good and her lab work came back negative. He's christian, he's reliable and I love him. His daughter Amy works there too and I love her. They have another vet there too but I haven't been to him. He's taken care of every god I've had and I trust them.

Dr. Amy Valentine and staff were the best. My terrier mix had a swelling under her eye caused by a bad tooth. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful and especially kind to my dog. They will be our choice for a veterinarian!

It was easy to schedule the appointment over the phone. Service was prompt and efficient. The staff coordinated the waiting room to minimize the interaction between my dog and the next patient as my dog had shown some inconsistent aggressive behavior towards other dogs.

They fixed my dog's ears. I keep going to them, and they always take me in when I want to go. They are located close by, which is very convenient. My dog seems to be satisfied with the vet. The last time around, I spent a lot of money. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I love Brookfield Pet Hospital! All of my pets have received excellent care since I first started taking them there in 2002.

I've been going there for at least 25 years. I know them, they know me, they're good, they get the animals in right away, they are just very personable, they talk to you, and take time to explain what's going on. I've been happy with them. The pricing is probably the same at most other places. I've never used another veterinarian, they're great.

I love this place and the staff is very careful and experienced at what they do. I was referred to them after calling several veterinarians in our area. They are now my number one choice and I would recommend them to anyone in my area.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BY STAFF MEMBERS, ALSO DEMONSTRATED PROFESSIONALISM IN STAFF MEMBERS. PATIENT WITH ANIMALS, CLEAN ENVIRONMENT, SEND ANNUAL REMINDERS OF VACCINATIONS.

THEY TREAT THE ANIMALS. THEY SPEND A LOT OF TIME WITH YOU. OTHER ANIMAL HOSPITALS DON'T CARE THAT MUCH. FROM THE GROOMER TO THE RECEPTIONIST, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT YOU AND THE ANIMALS.

DR. AMY AND HER FATHER ARE PARTNERS AND BOTH ARE VERY THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. BUT, A COUPLE OF THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ACT PUT OUT WHEN THEY HAVE TO DO WORK. THEY IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN AND REALLY DRAG THEIR FEET TO ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING.
