We stopped using them because they are not prompt. They will not answer their calls. We found it very hard to follow up on work they had done, and needed repaired. They are not available, and don't answer the phone. That is our biggest complaint. We stopped using them because of that. These guys are not available. We like their work, we think they are high quality, but they are not available. F is for people who disappear off the map. I am unhappy with them. I wouldn't want to wait people off. If they want an higher score, they would have to fix their issues. We have been burnt too many times with getting a hold of them. We can't rely on them, and we have to find someone else.

He fixed all the problems within the hour; he was on time, professional and courteous.  We will have him back next week to flush out our tankless water heater.  We've definitely found the best plumber we've ever had.

My water heater failed, due to a tiny pin-hole leak in the flexible copper feed line above it, which allowed water to enter the combustion chimney. I scheduled a replacement appointment. Rod and Craig purchased, delivered and installed a new, replacement unit. They removed the old, broken water heater and installed the new water heater. They also re-strapped the water heater for earthquake stability, re-connected the overflow line and the recirculating line and pump (w/ new copper tubing). They provided all the parts and removed all the old items as well. The work-site was kept clean throughout. The work took just under 5 hours, as expected.

Blue Island responded quickly. The plumber was on time and he set to work diagnosing the issue. He worked independently without oversight. Checks and diagnosis isolated the issues and replacements were quickly fitted. Disruptions were minimized. The work areas were kept clean and left spotless. The work performed has solved the issue; and met our goals and our expectations.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. CRAIG WAS VERY PROMPT, WHICH IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME. HE EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHY HE HAD TO REPLACE CERTAIN PIPES. HIS ESTIMATE WAS ACCURATE AND HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB AND LEFT EVERYTHING VERY NEAT.
