I explained that we'd lost power in the sunroom about a month ago. Bob explained that it is required that all solariums are required to have a GCI circuit installed and that more likely than not, it had tripped. I checked the outlets and found the GCI and it had indeed tripped.
Bob went on to explain the implications of the problem and some issues that I should be mindful of in the event that it becomes a recurring problem.
All this on a National Holiday.
And he gave me a tip on where to catch some fireworks tonight (we just moved down here from the City).

Bob was very prompt coming out for an estimate. His price estimate was very reasonable and we set a date
to do the work. Another job ran late and he called to ask if it would be okay to reschedule. He offered to move someone from another job, but I said it was okay to come another day. He arrived on the second date and installed the line. He did a neat job, was careful with the cabinets and was quite easy to work with. He was very good at keeping in contact from start to finish. Overall a positive experience.

Bob and his workers installed a new breaker panel and new light fixtures and electrical outlets in our home. They were experienced and knowledgeable and did a great job.
