Rich and John were extremely professional, nice, on time (actually early, which was what I was hoping for) and super fast. They were also nice to my dogs, which always goes a long way :) He gave me tips on fixing some light scratches in the hardwood floors.
Everything was fixed and I would absolutely call him again. Very appreciative for their services!

Richard from The Home Improvement & Repair Company returned my call the same day immediately. We made an appointment for the next day. Richard called ahead of time and arrived to my home on time. He looked at the toilet and made a recommendation for a specific upgrade inside the tank. He had all the necessary parts available in his truck and went to work to fix the toilet. He told me it would take an hour however he finished it within 45 minutes.

Richard is very professional and a very good communicator. His company fixes appliances, does carpentry, electical , plumbing and painting. We will be using Richard again in the future. I highly recommend his services.

work was done well. needed to order parts and Rich took care of it then returned to do the installation. He also tightened a loose faucet on my kitchen sink.

Rich and John are true professionals. He started with the refrigerator first, as it was in the way . He set my expectations of the work that needed to be performed. He's going to have to come back next week to move a cabinet to fit the fridge. The cabinets, floors, ceilings - you name it- aren't level in our new house.
The installation of the new range went smoothly. He was in/out in a total of 2 hours for both jobs combined. When Rich ran into another issue with the new range, he consulted with us first to ask for our preferences, then finished the job. No nonsense and really professional.
