Property Management did not do semi-annual walk through of property.  Subsequently, pre-agreed upon arrangements with renter were not adhered to with consequent  unnecessary loss to the landlord.

I rent from them and when i call about a problem no one ever answers the phone. When I leave messages they take weeks to get back to me, if at all! They are very unprofessional. I have heard the same from both renters, and property owners that have and are using their services.

Charged for services not performed.  Wouldn't return calls.  Just not a good experience.  Could elaborate more but why bother.  Just glad Angie's List is finally in Fortuna and don't want to see others victimized.  Take care.
