When I went to pick the vehicle up they explained to me that the new part that they put in with incomplete they were able to get the brake lights working again but that they had broken off the turn signal switch entirely and if they wanted me to have them replace it it would be another $400. They then also inform me that my windshield wipers were no longer working I told them that they were working when I took the vehicle to them. The guy in the shop took me out to the vehicle and showed me what he had fixed and I noticed when he turned the car on the windshield wipers were going when I inquired about it he simply opened up the vehicle pulled out the fuse to the wipers and then turned the car off. I paid him for the part and services rendered but I will not be taking any vehicle I own back to that repair shop. I never did get my fuse back by the way.

Appointments have been honored 100% of the time. The vehicles have always been returned when agreed. The owner has had the opportunity to be dishonest and has not been. He is also very friendly and respectful. Everything we have had done has been well done with no problems afterwards. The price is not cheap but is fair. This is not a back-yard mechanic. The oil changes are the going rate for our area.

J C Auto are friendly, nearby, competent, turned out there was a bad battery involved and they were willing to get a new battery for us and everything went very well.
