DON BROWN INSURANCE

I was in need of serious short and long term personal and corporate risk management and decided to give Mr. Brown a chance. Unfortunately, my relationship as his client only survived a few months. He was too much of a big shot to bother calling me. He has no formal training concerning insurance and risk management, whatsoever. He obviously has no specialized training at all that I could discern. Instead of proudly displaying his education and training, he proudly displays worthless knickknacks in his office. Upon my first face to face contact, it was clear to me that he knows almost nothing about corporate structure, corporate financing, business management, business planning or risk assessment. I would highly recommend that you avoid. In my opinion, he is not worthy of your time. He was clearly incompetent in being able to grasp my needs. Bottom line: I do not recommend. Instead, please consider alternative local Fortuna State Farm agent, Mr. Kevin Elderkin. Kevin's competent and friendly staff immediately gave me plenty of time to explain my personal and corporate plans so that they could properly assess my risk management needs. Thank you.
