I purchased my 2010 Kia Soul! from Sport Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership 2 years ago. I have relied upon them to provide all service and maintenance on my car. I have received nothing but respect and professionalism from every employee, from sales to service to management, since purchasing my car. Being a widow, I need to trust people I am dealing with and I do trust Sport Chrysler. They have gone above and beyond what would be required of a dealership. Shortly after purchasing my car, I accidently left a dome light on overnight and drained the battery. When I discovered what I had done, I called the dealership and someone graciously came to my rescue without ever making me feel like a fool. That is only one of many times they went out of their way and took the time to solve a problem I was experiencing. And, every time was done with kindness and patience. And, I have to include with that, I was never charged for any of those times. I, also, feel that what I have been charged for service and maintenance is competitive within this market. I would recommend Sport Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone looking for a car dealership they can trust.
