Nick upon coming down from roof eval was willing to speak to Insurance company on owner's behalf.
His findings were different from Insurance carrier then he faxed in information and pictures.
Nick worked very closely with owner to make sure she was covered by her Insurance Co.
He was always willing, timely and very very professional. Nick and his crew started before stated time, never took breaks, smoke breaks and always cleaned up after themselves.
He always made sure the owner was informed everyday. He stated they should be done within 5 days and it was completed beautifully within 4 days.
This owner Nick went well above and beyond to make sure his customer was well cared for .
I am entering this for my close girlfriend who does not have a computer. Nick gets a 9 out of 10 and she is very very happy.
