I found Richard to be very professional and quite the craftsman.
He provided a complete and easy to understand contract at the beginning of the job. Considering this was my first forte into redecorating my or any home, I never felt he was taking advantage of my apparent ignorance in such things as counter top materials and installation. (I had done some research before signing the contract.) I appreciated his knowledgeable guidance thru the material and color selection process, without attempts to boast me into a higher-priced selection. I had already determined what material and color I wanted. Richard helped me refine it.
He began the installation within the time-frame he had originally gave me. If I were to have one issue with this contractor it would be that his proposed finish date was about 3 days off. But, considering the finished product, I can forgive him that.
The finished product is perfect. The seams, including the sink-to-counter, are invisible.
I do have future plans that do include the mastery of Richard Norgard.
