We have had Jose work for us for several years on numerous projects. He is a most pleasant person with whom to deal. he is prompt and reliable. He is native spanish speaker but communicates well in English although he uses his daughter for email/written communication. Making a project list, timetable and drawing diagrams can make for clearest communication.
He has built a support structure for a wrap around deck on our home, poured concrete footings and installed a yard windmill and also built two large planters that cantilever over a deck. He has replaced doors and siding. He solved a leak issue in our home.
We cannot recommend him more highly.
