"This customer ordered work verbally after we submitted a written agreement which he insisted a time and material work agreement. We tried to negotiate an acceptable resolution. We were forced to take to collections including getting a judgement and lien on his property. Finally, he was forced to pay his bill. This response was his follow through on a threat he made. Our company has been in business for 35 years. We live in a community of less than 8000 people. We treat people fairly and justly. As we want to avoid thee situations at all costs. However, sometimes you can't come to resolution. As stated before we followed the law and protocols in place to collect a bad debt. I hope this comment gets removed from your site.
