5 Stars Painting

I was impressed with Jacob Oxte, owner of 5-Star Painting, from our first meeting. He arrived at my home exactly when he said he would. This in itself is quite unusual for this part of the country. He was polite and listened to what I wanted. He took copious notes. I had his estimate for painting my whole house withing 48 hours. His estimate was complete and thorough. I could tell he had heard everything I had requested.
Upon accepting his bid (I had acquired a few others, but Jacob's far surpassed them), a start date and time, 9:00 am on June 12th, was established. Jacob and his brother arrived at my home precisely at 9:00 am on June 12th. He told me the job would take 6 to 7 days.
They prepped the house by moving furniture and covering it appropriately. They went right to work. Bottom line - they did an excellent job. Considering that this was my first time at decorating anything, let alone my whole house at once, Jacob and his brother were very patient with and supportive of me. Being an older woman, living alone, I was made to feel secure in their presence by their obvious respect for me. This was tremendously appealing to me. The job was done on time and done well. I could tell that Jacob and his brother took great pride in their work. And, I find that ultimately vital in any craftsman.
