I called Rick Westphal because someone recommended him in Forest Falls, CA as a good builder. He came in and finished building a home for me in the mountains that had been taking over 3 years to build. He got right to work and finished it in a timely manner. He even helped me negotiate with the water company because they had not given me the proper equipment for the fire sprinklers. He has handled everything in a very timely manner and I have been more than satisfied with his quality of work and professionalism. This is the only contractor I have ever dealt with that has been this professional and efficient. He lives in a small community, but he works any where he finds work.
