 + -1 moreFantastic. The company stands by their warranty and their products. I'm the second owner of the house, but they never questioned me about warranty or purchase details. My only complaint is the 7-10 day mailing delay but that's a small price to pay for the good service.
Description of Work: The front door handle/lock on my house broke. Weiser locks have a lifetime warranty. I contacted the company over the phone to request a repair part. They mailed the part, no questions asked, immediately once we were able to identify the model.
