+ -1 moreThe representative initially told me he was associated with a direct lender and said he was virtually certain he could get our loan approved. He lost our loan application, could not get approval on our loan initially and asked us to supply information that did not make sense for a loan application. He discovered he lost our application 3 weeks before closing. That is when I told him politely that I was switching brokers. He obviously didn't know the rules for a Fannie Mae loan and was very poorly organized. Stay away from this company!
Description of Work: We began the process of getting a conforming mortgage on income property.
