Satisfied overall. Service was very prompt and friendly. Air test had to be redone so that was an inconvenience. My biggest complaint is that the explanation of results was vague so I had trouble understanding the severity or health consequences of my situation. It was impossible for me to justify the cost of remediation when I didn't even understand the problem.

I took up engineered wood flooring with mold. My walls, removed baseboards areas, and air, all test positive with viable mold tests. There was no way I could install my new floor without the help of Pure Maintenance of Orange County. I highly recommend this professional company on many fronts. This pure maintenance technology beats wet fogging hands down! Do your own research. My independent lab air test at the end of the job came back, zero mold on all the different species tested. This 2 step processed, coating everything in such a way that any outdoor mold or left over construction dust under my baseboards is coated so mold can't regrow. This company was so professional and accommodating to my construction mishaps, it was truly a pleasure to have found this company. BTW: I took the time to check out the other person's rating story and found it unreliable and made my decision to use this company. Thank God. I now know, how honest, and thorough, and knowledgeable of the mold industry, Lange who did the job, was. I can't express the level of relief I free because I know my home is mold free to move back into and live my life. Thank you Lange!

I was impressed by the ability to describe the job and the clear and detailed reasons why it was important to solve the problem, what they would be doing, how long the job would take, etc. I had a question after the presentation later in the day; and when I called, I was given a prompt answer by a REAL person who was courteous and clear in his explanation. So far, so good.

Austin was so respectful and knowledgeable he explained every step he was caring he took great care in asking if he could he go into the rooms if we minded if he closed the bedroom door and explained why he need to close the doors we are so grateful to work with Austin I will recommend Pure maintenance to every one I know who needs this services Austin was a Blessing to work with and lest us know right away how serious the issues in our apartment is we ar so sick from this issue Austin let me know there is a way to get all our belongings cleaned and we will use Pure maintenance when we get our stuff out Thank You so much

I would give him 12 stars if I could. He did the testing and also the fogging. He knew exactly what needed to be done.Got it done quickly and efficiently. He knew the answers to all of our questions. My health was terrible, I feel 100 percent better - REALLY, it saved my life! His prices were so much better than other contractors; and they didn't have to tear out any walls. All their work is guaranteed, with a warranty, too! I have recommended him to several neighbors, and they also are very happy. I recommend him 200 percent!
