Rolando arrived on-time. I helped him pull the refrigerator from the wall and he got to work. He cut a hole in the sheet rock to access the ice maker water line. He drilled holes through the studs and ran a copper pipe to my patio. He replaced the water shut-off valve at the refrigerator and added a spigot outside. He was so careful when he cut the sheet rock that he placed the part he cut. The bid did not include repairing the wall, but it wasn't necessary since the part he cut fit back so well and it's behind the refrigerator. He cleaned up his mess (which wasn't very large to begin with). Rolando is a nice and friendly guy and he explained the process before starting. Two thumbs up.

Everyone at Jimmy the Plumber was very courteous and efficient. Out of several plumbers that I called they were the ones that were able to make it out to my home the soonest to check out my leaky water heater. The plumber arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within two hours of arrival my new water heater was installed and making hot water.

THEY DID GOOD WORK. I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY RAN BY ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO TO FIX IT.
