+ -1 moreJoe Winston and I live in the same community so it was good fortune that we happened to meet. He is an HVAC contractor and I still had my original 28 year old HVAC unit in my home (which I think was only still running from force of habit). He gave me a quote for a new HVAC unit and it seemed in line with prices friends and relatives had recently paid. He was helpful and knowledgeable and, being minutes away, I decided he was the best man for the job. I let him know that I was a little fussy about workmanship. He accommodated me by routing all lines, hoses and cords as neatly and inconspicuously as possible and doing a very clean installation. He disposed of the carcass of my old unit promptly and left the work area clean. I don't know if, or how much my electric bills are reduced, but the unit works like a champ and I am very pleased.
