They did agree to the buyback. It's terrible and my car's been sitting in my driveway since June. So I have no car and it's all under warranty and it's all going to be bought back. They simply will not move their butts to get it done. The problem started 4 years ago and they said there is no problem. We said that noise is not normal with a transmission. They said yeah it's just the way this car runs. Now, of course it's a reason for a buyback. It's with all of them. Anybody can online and lookup 2012 Ford Fiesta and read all about it. They were in denial for a great period of time. Lost a lot of use for our car. It's horrible. They call all the time. You are unbelievable. They even say things like "well we have a big market for your 2012 Fiesta if you'd like to bring it in and arrange for a trade. We got people who are interested" I said you are lying through your teeth. No one wants a 2012 fiesta. It's just salesman deceit. I would not go back. I'm very close to not going back to Ford period, let alone the dealership. It's been going. Terrible service.

They were very courteous and I went to check why I had a check engine lite on with out an appt. and he took me in.

They are very reliable and I really trust them with my car. They give me great discounts and do a great job keeping the cost down. Scheduling is easy and they accommodate to my time frame. I usually drop my car off and they can take me back to my house so I do not have wait there.
