They are in the stone age. They take cash and checks, but they do not do ATMs, credit cards or online payments. We don’t have a choice. It’s the city water department. They have built a brand new beautiful building and it’s all computerized, but not in terms of taking payments from people. There are so many places where you can do online payments and pay by phone, but you can’t with water utility. It’s an ongoing monthly bill because we have the water utility and for the water pipes in the house. They did come up with a meter a few years ago. Then within a couple of years of them upgrading the meter, I think everybody had an issue between the meter and the pipe switches. So, we had to fix something. They really need to update their electronics. Their price is average. They put up three day notices in such a way that if the wind comes up and blows it away, then you might never see a three day notice. They are not up-to-date on their computer systems and stuff. If I can, then I would go with another company.
