I left my GMC Sierra P/U for inspection. I had complain that the gears (manual shift) was hard to engage. I also noted to them that the previous oil change that the service attendant at a different garage had notice that I had a oil leak in the rear end. Upon my return to Aand B Auto, the rep for Aand B called over to where the GMC was up on the rack, showed me the oil plug that had shavings on the tip of the plug. The prior oil change,(different garage) there was no mention of shavings on the oil plug. To charge me $1,725.00 for transmission service was a bit excessive. I did receive a AAA member discount of $25.00

My boys and I have been taking our vehicles to this shop for over a year and we have had nothing but great service. We have usually
obtained quotes from several shops before we take our vehicles in for repair, and we have found that when it comes to price, for the most part this particular shop has been either cheaper or comparable to others, but definitely cheaper than dealerships!
One evening on my way home from work the ABS warning light came on in my SUV and the following morning I was not able to drive it since the breaks kept locking. I was forced to have it towed to E and S and It turned out that one of my sensors and its components needed to be replaced. While inspecting my vehicle they also found that my front brakes needed to be replaced and one of my rotors resurfaced. After a few hours the job was done and I was able to pick up my vehicle.
My family and I have been very satisfied with the service this shop provides, the owner Efren is honest and professional and the work is guaranteed. We have never had any problems with any work performed on our vehicles.
