Chuck listened to what I wanted, he gave suggestions, he provided a brief background on how long in business and explained and had pictures on projects he has completed. Explained what he does and does not do. Chuck provided a breakdown on total charges services and fees. Provided his schedule if hired. Except all forms of payments. Project completed timely.
