I could not be more pleased with all the aspects of this job. I had to work with my home owners insurance company and my mortgage company. That was my big headache because the panels were paid in full in 2010.  But because they were attached to the structure my insurance company was required to issue the the payment to both me and the mortgage company. My contractor had to jump through way to many hoops to satisfity the mortgage company. The job was complete in two days and they wanted to issue payments based on progress as if it was a house remodel. He finally convienced them to inspect the job and issue me all my money they were holding hostage.
As to the details of the job, Joe with Connector Electric made sure that I got the highest efficiency panels available by reserving them even before my insurance claim approved, Then when we were able to schedule the work they were on time and paid attention to even the smallest details so that there would not ever be a callback on any of their work. Once finished this new system is performing around 25 percent better than it was before it was electrocuted but the power company.
I will say I have had many times when I had to call Joe to repair my first system and he was always willing to treat me fairly and squarely. I live in the mountains about an hour and a half drive from him. He helped me battle with the manufacture to warranty and upgrade my previous miro inverters over a 4 years period. This was something he really didn't have to do for me. He stand behind his work 100%.

Installed ahead of deadline, took care of the approval from SCE, Looks good and works better than expected.

Everything g was smooth and clean and on time. Very professional in work ethics and attitude. Did an awesome job of booking up a 59 amp service at my home.

They came to me one day and offered a great Solar package and included upgrading my main panel, water heater, and Windows. All in a financing program that I could afford. They explained everything in detail so I could understand it. I feel very comfortable now in my new energy-efficient upgraded home. I wish I could express the gratitude that I feel in the professionalism that they brought to the table. I would recommend C.Erica Solar to anybody that is looking to do any energy efficient upgrades.

The job went just as they promised it would and we are extremely satisfied with the product and workmanship.  A few years after the installation, I contacted Connector Electric to relocate some of the panels to our patio roof to provide better exposure to the sun.  This location was not available during the original installation.  Again, the work exceeded our expectations.

I love our negative electric bills that we are getting! The quality of their construction was top-notch. They did a wonderful job, and I brag about them to my friends all the time.
