Look great when job was finished, but after two months, tub started to fade and break away from the tile walls. I called and they had the tub glossed with clauking. Counter was polished.

I got 4 estimats for this job. Bath Brite was the 1st I called and he came right out looked at both baths and explained what needed to be done and how it would be done. 1company I call gave me an estimate over the phone(I crossed them off the list) 1 company was very high compared to all the rest, the other company estimant was about the same as Bath Brite, I choose Bath Brite because of their price(it was not the lowest, but a fair price) and because the gentleman that gave me the estiment appeared to know what he was talking about and honest. The young man that came out to do the work was prompt, polite ,neat and answered questions and explained what and why he was doing.the odor was really bad even tho he had everything drapped, so we went to another part of the house and opened windows and doors.He did he tub and shower on day 1 ,which was a Friday,and came back Monday to do the Master. that way we had abathroom to use over the weekend.I know they honor their warrenty because about a year the shower in the Master bath looked like the hairline crack was reappearing, Icalled them and the same young man that had done the first job came out I showed him the crack. He drilled a small hole where the crack was filled it with foam repaired and refinished the area and also refinished a small nick at the bottom, a plumber made.This is a company that I have reccommende

THIS PROCEDURE COMES WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY, GUARANTEEING NO CRACKING OR PEELING. THE REFINISH CREW WAS ON TIME, BUT HAD POOR WORKMANSHIP, AND WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THEM OR THEIR PRODUCT.
