ACCURATE INSPECTIONS

This went very bad. This inspector missed very many significant items, including AC, Water pressure, cracking, damaged window, damaged roof tile, and much more. WE contacted him after we closed escrow and moved in the house upon discovering the problems. He said he is not trained to detect problems which he actually inspected. We had a real bad experience with this company and we will never ever use them again. We feel we were cheated. UPDATE: Accurate inspections replied to my review and have shown how irresponsible and unreliable they are. Their response basically amounts to that they are not responsible. The damages and defects they overlooked will cost us nearly $30,000 in repair cost. All these items that turned out to be defective were checked by the inspector as having been inspected and not marked as needing any repairs. We will make certain we recover all damages caused to us by this inspection company's negligence and failure to perform adequate inspection in a court of law. We also intend to report them to the Attorney General to look into their practices. Apparently, others have had similar problems with them and posted their bad experience on yelp.
