Jeff freed me from the garage and installed a new system and replaced the rail and hardware and was able to install the door higher to give us more clearance for a larger vehicle. He was on time.....appreciate when my time is valued

He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the issue. He was able to pinpoint the issue right away and shared what needed to be done with me. He was not shy and did not hesitate to communicate, I was watching as he worked and he was not bothered by it he actually explained what he was doing as he worked. He shared some changes that could be made to improve the appearance. He offered to fix a few other things and update the cosmetics of the garage door in the future and I will absolutely contact him for that job.

I used A1 to remove my old garage door and replace it with a new garage door. I obtained several quotes for the job from surrounding garage door companies. Without a doubt Jeff with A1 was the most professional, best customer service, took the extra time to answer all my questions and had good pricing. He also did a lot of small extra things my system to have a smooth and not as noisy garage door when opening and closing. Base on cost, customer service and overall experience I would recommend A1 and use them for future garage door repairs or replacement.

Came out on a Sunday morning at the time he gave me . All done in about 40 minutes. Gave me accurate
estimate. Lifetime warranty on springs as long there are regularly lubricated.

Jeff was super awesome! He kept me up to date on his arrival time, explained what happened and what will help it not happen (not at least for a while), Showed me what he was doing and replaced a broken hinge I didn't even know was broken. Super fast, seems like it was too good to be true! But it was! If you have any type of garage door issues, don't call that other company that starts with an M and is a type of terrain in Arizona.....they will just rip you off. Call Jeff at A-1!

• Jeff came out the same day we called to replace our broken garage door spring. It turned out the bearings on our garage door were worn out and he replaced those as well.  Jeff completed the job and gave us some advice on our garage door operation and the possible need for future repairs. The door is 25 years old. Jeff is very friendly and professional and we recommend him highly.

It went very well. He came in and told me that usually my situation is unfixable but he would give it a try anyways. Instead of going the easy route and telling me that i needed to replace my unit (which I would have done), he made the extra effort and took his time and repaired my unit.

I think they charged me a little bit extra, but they did a good job overall. They were here for less than half an hour and charged me $125, but I thought it was $85. They were okay, but they charged extra money. In my opinion they should've charged $55. I did not argue and just paid the $125. The people were fine and came on time. They did the job. In my opinion it was extra money for the job, but I could be wrong. I honestly should've went with the other guy who said they would do it for $85. I would not use them again because of the price.

He was great. Very professional. Came at the correct time. Corrected everything and pointed out what also needed to be repaired. Very fair priced. He also went and found more remotes for me. He gave me his business card and I will recommend him to my friends.
