They promised a lot to get me to sign a contract, and none of it was true. In fact, the person I spoke with and trusted suddenly didn’t work at the company after my things were picked up. I paid extra for expedited delivery, but that didn’t happen. I was lied to repeatedly about why (I finally learned it was more profitable for the owner if they took other jobs and so they didn’t prioritize delivering my things and didn’t notify me until the weekend of delivery when I started to call asking for an ETA). On pick-up, the large items I asked not to pack were packed nonetheless, and then I had to leave behind other furniture or pay additional square footage. Ultimately, I received my things six weeks after pick-up. The delivery movers were not professional; they badly sullied a very high-end mattress and left dirty saran wrap and packing trash on top of my furniture when they left. Run from this company; they claim to do the work themselves but outsource to people who won’t respect you or your things.

They took great care to ensure that all of my belongings were properly wrapped and protected, and they were able to complete the move in a timely manner. Despite some unexpected challenges with the move, the team remained calm and professional throughout the process. I would recommend A2B Storage and Moving, Inc. for anyone in need of a reliable and professional moving company.

Best move ever. Consistent communication throughout. Moving teams were extremely professional, careful with my many antique pieces, friendly, flexible, and efficient. Day of unloading, the freight elevator was out of service due to flooding in the building. Nevertheless, the team got everything moved in via the regular elevators, with zero damage. Only complaint is with payments, had to repeatedly Zelle amounts prior, A2B doesn’t accept debit or charge pmts due to fees companies charge, but this should be a standard cost of doing business for customers’ convenience. Other than that, very pleased and would highly recommend.

If I can rate this place 10 stars I would ! I had the best experience ever I was last minute trying to find a moving company and I found a2b moving and storage and they were so nice they were able to come right away and very reasonable prices.

We really glad we chose A2B for our relocation project. It seems like they have lots of experience and a professional team on board. There were no damages to any of the items as well as to the property. They came and packed for us and this was a life saver! Highly recommend!
