Very positive experience with Mike and team.  Flooring options were offered at several price points.  The hardwood floor we chose was significantly better than the floor removed.  They were very careful when installing the floors and gave us some tips on floor maintenance, how to put on rugs, etc.  For the tile, you buy the tile and materials and they install.  Mike does not advertise at all but is pretty busy with the word-of-mouth recommendations he gets from his customers.  Scheduling can be tricky for complex jobs so it may take a while but it's worth it.
