The recliner was customized to my bodyweight which made it perfect for me to sit in. I got to sit in some chairs at the store and picked out the style and size I liked. I even got to pick out the wood trim that I wanted. I really liked the manager, Toby Harris, because he did not rush me at all. He took time out to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and would be comfortable sitting in. It is the perfect recliner for someone with back problems. It was pricey, but it was well worth it. The chair is so comfortable that if I had it to do all over again, I would definitely pay the same price for it. It took 21 days to receive the chair because it was shipped from their New York warehouse, but it was definitely worth the wait. I loved how their store was uncluttered and modern.
