This is a follow up to our original review. As I stated, Chris answered our call promptly, ordered the right screen, and came to install it. Our problem was that he never took the old screen nor answered our calls. After our review, Chris called inmediately

trying to recall what had happened and explained that, somehow, he never got our calls. He offered his services to us in any way we needed and apologized for the mix up. We do believe him and appreciate his promptness and sincerity. We will definitely call him again and be happy to refer him to family and friends. Thank you for calling back, Chris.

Chris was very responsive and got our job done on he same day we called. He was busy, but worked us in and we were grateful. It was a small job, but we will definitely use him in the future for a larger job.

Chris was very punctual, professional, and informative. We worked together to make the right decision for our doors, leveraging Chris' expertise. The retractable screen went in perfectly. The odd shaped door required some extra work. Chris was very diligent in getting this door right and it worked perfectly.
there was a problem with the odd-shaped door recently and Chris came out. We figured out that our kids had done something to it to produce the problem. Chris didn't charge us to get it fixed.
He always has a positive and can-do attitude, and it is backed up by his work. We'd definitely hire him again.

Chris was prompt in getting me an appointment and quoted an approximate cost over the phone based on what was needed to be done. He said he would show up between 12 and 3 and ended up calling at 11:30 stating that he would arrive within 40 minutes, and in fact did show up right at noon.
He reviewed the work to be done, provided me with a few options and we agreed to go forward the job. He got right to work and completed the job in under 2 hours.
The screen door looks and works great and the window screens are back in excellent repair. All work was done in the truck, so no worries about a mess, there was none. The total cost was exactly what he quoted over the phone.

I was given an approximate quote on the phone and then a precise quote when he arrived and looked over the situation. He and another guy then got to work and took care of everything. He also tried to fix a sliding door that was not sliding properly; he did what he could but it is just a cheap door. I will probably replace it eventually and will call the Screen Guys (he gave me a quote for that).

Very professional from the initial contact, thru to the delivery. Only minor short fall , was no written estimate or contract. BUT, his work was excellent, timely, and professional.

My husband and I were looking for a screen repair company for sliding glass door screens in a home less than a year old. We have 2 cats and a dog that have had a tough time adjusting to a move to a new home. They have already damaged the screens and I was looking for someone to install new cat resistant screen and a dog door for easier access for these animals. I contacted Chris the owner and he was very professional and told me that he would fit me in for that day. I really appreciated him returning my call and responding so quickly!! He installed a heavy duty screen that he warranties" if my cats destroyed he would replace it for free" :)
As for the dog door we decided against it and will look at other options because of the high cost.
The quality of material he used was very good and also has a tint to it and reduces glare from the sun which was a added plus.
I gave a B rating to punctuality that I wanted to explain a bit. He did let us know that he would fit us in and would be there about 2-3 and did not actually get here until late in the day. But quite honestly I feel pretty fortunate that he got to us the same day as my call.
I Love the screen and know that it will now hold up to the cats and keep the rattlesnakes from sneaking in!!!

Chris came out and measured each window and gave me a quote on the spot. He came back and installed the new screens in less than 3 hours. He was always prompt, accurate with his quote and the friendliest contractor I have dealt with in a long time. I would not hesitate hiring The Screen Guys again.

We had just purchased a home and only 1 of the 8 windows had screens. I called a few local screen places and The Screen Guys were the most friendly and helpful and offered a great price. Chris was able to make an appointment to build and install screens at our home the day after I called. Chris arrived promptly for the appointment and built and installed 7 window screens at our home. He took a look at the 8th window that already had a screen and said it was old and offered to provide a new one for free (so 8 screens for the price of 7). Although some of the windows in our home were larger than Chris expected, he honored the price quote he provided to me over the phone. The screens came out great; all were sized appropriately and functioned well to keep insects out of our house during the summer. Chris was professional, punctual, friendly, and courteous. I would definitely use him in the future and plan to this spring when we install screen doors on the two sliding glass doors in our home.

Great job, looks good, and does it job, to cool down the house. Workmanship is A+ Also great plus my rug, furniture. and drapes, will not fade anymore.
