Wanted to invest in house rentals but the bay area was too expensive to looked into the Sacramento area. Margaret emailed listings that fit my criteria, city and price range. She suggested I pick some that interested me so we could look at them and arranged a time to meet that fit my schedule. Found one I was interested in and she wrote up the offer...but the next day, found another house I liked better and she wrote up an offer on that one. It was a HUD forclosure and to look at the house the real estate agents need to attend a class and the deal took extra paperwork _ Margaret Melville went the extra mile even driving to the foreclosure office to make sure the paperwork was filled out correctly. It was my first time purchasing a rental property and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Margaret was ALWAYS available to answer questions and she updated me frequently on how the process was going. She is a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. If I needed to hire a home inspector or contractor - she often had excellent people to refer. Because I was out of town, she offered to meet contractors for the inspection. It went so well, she helped me buy another rental in El Dorado Hills. Margaret Melville was always on time, always available for questions, and extremely knowledgeable. She offered to send emails of houses I might be interested in...thinking about buying another before interest rates go up. If I do, Margaret Melville will be the one I call.
