They were so courteous and very efficient.

I have them come every 4 weeks. The price is a little high. I use them all the time. I'd recommend them. They thorough, friendly and quick.

I thought they did a wonderful deal clean that I signed up for regular service. They are prompt and efficient at cleaning my house.

The Maids is an outstanding cleaning company. Not your average housecleaning service...the Maids goes the extra mile and then some. Not only do they do a fantastic job and exceed expectations, they are professional, punctual, and are ridiculously thorough. I used The Maids for the first time today after my usual service, which I only use a few times a year, wasn?t able to squeeze me in
before the holidays (understandable). And I was thoroughly impressed!
First off, I sent an estimate request via The Maids website and received an email response within two hours. Secondly, I appreciated that the owner, Rick, was willing to negotiate the exact amount of time his crew would be here down to the half hour ? which, of course, impacts our bottom line ? so only the specific areas I wanted cleaned would be taken care of. As I?m fairly on top of house cleaning and can handle a lot of the ?everyday basics? myself, this was fantastic! I asked that they focus on deep cleaning our kitchen and three bathrooms, as well as polishing our laminate floors throughout our entire ground level. Anything above and beyond that would be a ?nice extra.?
I received a text an hour before the crew was scheduled to arrive, asking if they could come early as they were running ahead of schedule (when does that happen!?). Betsy, the ?crew lead,? took the time to introduce herself and the other three women in her crew. We briefly went over what I wanted cleaned, and her notes matches what I discussed with Rick (yay!), and they went to work.
I typically don?t stay home when I use a cleaning service but, today, the service time overlapped with my 1-year-old daughter?s nap and feeding time. When I immerged from her room 1.5 hours later, I could immediately tell the house felt clean and fresh. Our bathrooms were spotless and our kitchen looked immaculate, especially the stainless steel appliances. And I don?t think our floors have been **this** clean since we had them installed.
What I really appreciated was the crew?s attention to detail. The wore booties the entire time they were in our home. Our toilet
paper rolls were sealed with ?The Maids? stickers and I received a thank you card that detailed the rate for the day, the payment option I selected and which crew member did what. I also received a Christmas card and there was a little sign in the master bath that said all our bathrooms had been disinfected. All little things but they made a big impact!
I?d use The Maids again in a heartbeat. I do wish their pricing was a bit more competitive since, even with the negotiated time/rate, it was pricier that I usually spend. But the quality of service was absolutely top notch and Betsy was extremely personable! She even gave me product recommendations to clean what I call our ?problem shower.?

It went SO well. they showed up on time; texted me before they arrived; brought all their own equipment and were professional and neat-looking in their Maids uniforms. Detail-oriented and efficient; a team of 4 cleaned more in 2 hours than i could in 10! We keep our house neat, but they scrubbed every nook and cranny that we don't get to. The money we spent was well-saved in time, stress and back-ache. I highly recommend them over all other services. They were THE most reliable and thorough cleaners we've had in 12 years!
Even more priceless was the look on my Wife's face when she got home. i didn't tell her they were coming, so to come home to a 100% clean house on a Friday afternoon made her whole weekend!

Oh my gosh, these guys are fantastic! The Maids clean every nook and cranny. Shoe covers are worn. Each maid that comes specializes on a certain area of the house. They even put little stickers on the toilet paper ends and leave treats for my dogs. Rick and Becky are the best.
