She does beyond being efficient. She is very effective by going in to the homes, or atleast going drive by before taking me to the home in order to see if it looks good streetwise. She does a lot of research and does compare to what I am looking at. She works really hard behind the scene doing her homework in getting things ready for when she had my attention and my time. She takes me one place to the other and they are places that she has already looked at that she thought I might want to see, as a fact she was exploring something for the first time, and she work really hard at her job. She is very consciences and someone I would really recommend.
