This review is for Banfield.
The only issue was that my one dog jumped a little during her booster shot and a little bit of blood came out at the injection site. It wasn't the doctor's fault but the assistant could probably have held my dog a little bit more securely. I think in the future I will hold my dogs as I am very familiar with where/how to hold each so they do not jump or get startled. It was a very minor complaint and really not something that isn't common (have seen it happen at other vet offices).
Otherwise I have been very pleased with the services provided here. I would definitely go back. Dr. Gloria Frazier is very knowledgeable and is amazing when dealing with my dogs. Both of my miniature schnauzers are very anxious whenever we go to the vet and she helped them stay calm and we had no issues. she did their dental cleanings and extractions for my older dog. They both recovered beautifully and were romping around like normal the next day.

Our dog's stay at PetSmart is always positive. The staff is very caring and very professional. I will continue to use their services. They handle the animals with respect and caring.

We use Petsmart for both daycare and overnight stays for our dog. They have a large staff to attend to the pets, they keep the facility very clean and sanitize the play rooms during breaks. Our dog loves staying at their facility; he uses their all day play option whenever he stays. The staff is very caring of the pets that stay there; I feel he gets a lot of attention from the staff. They have very flexible hours with late evening pickups most nights. They always monitor the pets health upon arrival and if any health issues were to develop they have on-site veterinarians.

At first I wasn't sure if I should cancel my vacation because of having two young pugs. I visited the Pet Hotel and talked with the people who work there. Both pugs go to the Banfield Vets on site so I already knew how great the people are. While I knew it would be a bit expensive to board two dogs I knew they would be well cared for and loved. When I picked them up afterwards they were both just as happy with everyone and when I dropped them off. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We used the grooming service at this PetSmart location about a half-dozen times over the span of about two years. Convenience was a primary consideration because of its proximity to our home, shopping, etc. They always did an adequate job of bathing our dog, but fell short on the details that define a superior grooming job-filing off sharp nail edges, getting knots out of fur, etc. By our best recollection, the price we paid increased from $42 when we first used their services, to $60 the last time(not including tip). At first we accepted the various service flaws, such as grooming not being completed by the time promised, or nail trimming not being done as requested, because of the convenient location and reasonable price. However, it seemed like the grooming price would increase by a few dollars every time we went back, while the work and service continued to be mediocre at best. Our most recent experience involved calling to set an appointment, and being quoted a price of about $50 over the phone, only to have them tell us that the cost would be $60 once we arrived with our dog. When we told them the price we were quoted at the time of making the appointment, they disagreed and said they would not honor that price. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager also refused to honor the price we were quoted. Both the grooming employee and manager were rude and disrespectful, and made no concessions for their error in quoting us one price over the phone, then insisting upon a higher price when we arrived. We left without having the grooming service performed, and we will not return.

The groomer was a little bit late showing up, but just a few minutes. My dogs have fine hair and it easily mats so she had to clip a little closer than we wanted to get the mats. They look good and smell good and she did a good job on them. We only paid $70, plus tip, but that was with 2 $10 off coupons. Otherwise it would have been $90, which seems high to me.
