Service technician (David) called my cell phone Saturday afternoon and left a detailed message about reseating the CPU and determining that the brand new graphics card was DOA. He swapped the graphics card into known working computers and it would not post. He then put several different know working graphics cards in my new computer build and they displayed monitor screens appropriately. On Monday morning, I brought in two older graphics cards that I owned and he tried each in my new computer while I waited. One worked and one didn't. He did not charge me extra above his original quote for diagnostics. He recommended that I send the DOA new graphics card in to the manufacturer for repair or replacement (RMA). He said he could sell me another card if I was really impatient but suggested I just send in the DOA graphics card and live with my old one until a replacement was received. All in all, a very satisfying experience with a professional service technician.

They fixed it in less than 15 minutes and set up a couple of other things for me. They have always done excellent work. Their service is just fantastic. I've been using them for the past eight years. They're very friendly and accommodating.

PC Component Inc were very good and thorough. We had issues off and on for several months. The owner came out once and worked on our computer. Most of the time we take them in ourselves. All our issues have been resolved. PC Component Inc are very reliable. As soon as they are finished they give us a call and inform us that it is ready to be picked up. They are very polite and accommodating. They are also conveniently located.
