I have a home-based business selling online, and maintain a ?business address? mailbox at Folsom PakMail. There I receive ALL of my business mail as well as EVERY package I order, whether it is office supplies, or even my personal Web purchases. Each package is logged in when it arrives, and Ireceive an email notification, which saves me time from checking package shipment status with USPS, UPS or FedEX. I use PakMail to drop off all my outbound packages for pick-up, and am impressed by the staff?s sincere willingness to ?go the extra mile? to consistently provide excellent customer service, meeting my particular business mailing/receiving needs. I can honestly say that these folks are extremely attentive, friendly, and professional
