STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE THAT YOU CAN GET YOUR PROJECT DONE ELSEWHERE. I CHECKED OTHER 3 DIFFERENT PLACES! THEY CHARGE 3 TIMES MORE FOR THE PARTS THAT YOU CAN GET THEM YOURSELF AT A LOCAL HARDWARE STORE! THEN THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR "MANDATORY TRAVEL & EXPENSES", AND 3.99% IF YOU PAY WITH CREDIT CARD! WHAT'S WORSE IS; THEY WILL LIE IN YOUR FACE WITH A SMILE. THEY KNOW VERY WELL THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF, AND WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE ABOUT IT!! The repairman stated that the cabling was old and needed to be replaced. Being the expert I paid what he requested which was $350. 37 days later it stopped working again and he charged me an additional $99 never saying that the motor was bad. I received an emailed invoice stating that it was a motor related matter. If I had of known this at the time I would have purchased a new one. He took advantage of me . I live in a senior community and it’s terrible that he would manipulate an old lady in 2021 Tyler

contact, estimate and installation made the same day. Price was significantly less than others. The door seems a bit thinner than the one it replaced, but fine for us.

Overall well. However door flour was not straight, it's a grooved cut. Looks unprofessional.

Since this was a rental I needed prompt service and I received that. The technician was professional, courteous, and in addition to replacing the broken spring with one American-made, did a safety check and lubed the moving parts. He did MORE than I expected. I recommend this company.

It went very well. The service technician explained my options very thoroughly. After making a determination on the type of service that I wanted, the technician completed the repair and thoroughly tested the garage door to my satisfaction.

Fast, friendly, no pressure and no haggle service. Prices were competitive, ask about their coupons and discounts. Ben and Sean did a fantastic job. They took care of my problem and had all the parts with them to get the job done right the first time. I recommend this company and would use them again.

The garage door springs snapped and I was unable to open or close my garage door. I contacted a company that I have done business with in the past and was told that they would be unable to replace the springs within the next 5 to 7 days. I then contacted the Local Garage Door company and they were able to replace the springs before noon of the same day. The two technicians were terrific and professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend the Local Garage Door company to anyone in need of garage door repairs and or replacements.

They re-installed the cable back onto the drum, re-aligned the track, tightened the track hardware and repaired bent panels. They even adjusted the garage door opener! They were awesome!

One spring on garage door was broken inhalf. We called several online advertised specials but when we gave them specs on our door the price was raised considerably. When we contacted our repairman he was honest right off the bat and offered us a discount to beat everyone else's online quote. Better yet he came by within one hour. The two fellas were efficient and professional and even cleaned up after themselves after greasing the whole sytem. They offerex to replace the second unbroken one as it was old and might break soon. It was manufactured 20 years ago. The fellas offered a great deal on a second one installed because it was the same labor to rsplace both. Also The rails on the side were damaged and bent. They fixed, straightened and cleaned them free of charge. They were honest and we felt like their workmanship was of value.

These guys understood I didn't want to go a night with my garage door open and even though it was almost 6pm when I called, they still came out and fixed my door. It was not a quick job but I appreciate that they stayed till it was finished. I have a home warranty as well that wanted me to work with a different company but that company wouldn't come out that night. I convinced the home warranty people to let me call someone else and I'm lucky I called Local Garage Doors. They worked with the home warranty company to get most of it covered and gave me a great deal on the smaller part that wasn't covered. I'd recommend these guys to anyone needing quick, quality, and affordable service.

The service was great!! The tech showed up on time and was very nice. He explained to me what was going on and why my garage door wasn't opening! My springs broke and they replaced the rollers as well. They were recommended to me by a friend who they installed a new garage opener for.. By the way their door is sooo quiet! So when I need a new opener, I will be calling them back!! So happy!!
