The Bad: *Marketing & experience is his mantra. This is ridiculous because he did NOTHING but put the home online and send us reports. *He didn't call realtors after a showing. The feedback online was the only information we had from viewings. The Miserable: *Won t do open houses. To have one, you pay him for the ad & host it yourself. He refused to do an agent showing too. (We ended up w/ at least one offer from an Open House w/ our new agents.) *We tried to be very realistic about price, the last thing we wanted to do was chase the market down. We voluntarily dropped the price 2x. When he wanted us to drop it for a 3rd time, we asked why. He got mad and we tried to explain that we just wanted to understand the situation. Unfortunately, he got so angry with us asking for an explanation that he said that he didn't have time to work with "crazy people" and quit.
