Bad, like I said prior, everything he did I had to have done over with the acception of the indoor light fixtures.

He is a very professional man who was prompt and quite personable.  The only concern was he looked at the job and started suggesting more extensive work that he thought would be better.  My mother, who is 88, liked what he said and thought it would be okay to do the work.  Well, a minimal cost went up to $2,500.  She was now was in the mode to get a loan to do the work.  After chatting with her, it was decided only to do the original work.  He only put in the grab bars which was what we wanted in the first place.  He did a good job and we are quite happy with his work.

When he was referred by my son-in-law, I called and he returned my calls promptly, did the work when he said he would and discussed the options with me so I could do the work in stages if I couldn't pay for all of it at once.
