I needed to get a second opinion on an estimate for some major body work being done by another shop that my insurance company had directed me too. I had some concerns about the other shop's estimate -- particularly the fact that they were going to try pound a dent out of the hood instead of replacing it. When I explained the situation to an estimator at this shop, she was very helpful and spent about 10 minutes with me patiently going through the estimate and explaining why the other shop was doing what it was doing. Although she had every opportunity to criticize and try to "out bid" the other shop, she never did. Instead, she just gave me good, sound advice -- no charge.
It's hard to find people you can trust who aren't solely motivated by their own self-interest. The helpful and friendly service I received from this shop was a breath of fresh air, and next time I need body work I'll be bringing my car here.

When I went to pick up the car, the quarterpanel was repaired, but none of the other work agreed upon was done. The estimator took my word for it, ordered the repairs done at no additional cost, and offered to pick up the cost of my rental for the additional couple of days it would take. I wasn't happy about the mistake, but I was very impressed by the response. The quality of the work is excellent, and the shop is professionally run.

They scheduled an appointment for just a day or two after I called, and moments after I walked in their door Krystle Hallam was out inspecting my vehicle and preparing the estimate for repairs. Her explanation of the work required was easy to understand and her explanation of the process was complete and assuring. They had a rental car waiting for me at their front door almost before we completed the paperwork. My car was ready when promised (less than two days), and when they brought it around for inspection I could not find any evidence of the previous damage -- truly excellent work. Krystle gets an A+ for customer service, and the repair technicians did a superb job.
