Description of Work: I have been using Folsom Car Care for all of our services on all of our cars for the last 10 years and 4 cars. ( Dodge Vans, Mazda tribute, and Volvo S60.) Excellent service, and We always can trust their advice. They have even fixed some simple repairs for no cost. We recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

 + -1 moreI took my car in FIVE times over a six month period and they were never able to fix the squeak. They didn't use factory parts, but secondary market parts which is common of service garages. When asked to use factory parts they did, but not the right ones. It was a fiasco, all in all. They were, however, professional and willing to 'make it right.' After the last time they gave me some of my money back. I asked for a full refund, got about half.
Description of Work: Folsom Car Care performed oil changes and mileage service for my Toyota. I was told during service that the back brakes needed replacing, which they did, and they squeaked. The next visit, they said my front brakes needed replacing, and they squeaked. I had just had the front brakes done elsewhere about a year prior, but who wants to mess with brakes?

 + -1 moreIt was fine. They always call you and tell you what it will cost, they tell you what is wrong with the car, and they give you the parts back. I believe they are really honest and they do fast service. I think the price is fair and they guarantee their work.
