They were knowledgeable, efficient and well priced. It took a couple of hours. They did take the vehicle for a test drive. They are conveniently located. They did a good job. They didn't inflate the price or come up with problems.

They will do a courtesy check on brakes and etc. when you bring in your vehicle for oil change. The prices are reasonable. The office is clean and the staff are polite.

I took my car in FIVE times over a six month period and they were never able to fix the squeak. They didn't use factory parts, but secondary market parts which is common of service garages. When asked to use factory parts they did, but not the right ones. It was a fiasco, all in all. They were, however, professional and willing to 'make it right.' After the last time they gave me some of my money back. I asked for a full refund, got about half.

they were correcting an error by another service provider and did a great job - also gave me a $40 gift card for future use and then also sent me a certificate for a car wash in the mail. Excellent customer care

It was fine. They always call you and tell you what it will cost, they tell you what is wrong with the car, and they give you the parts back. I believe they are really honest and they do fast service. I think the price is fair and they guarantee their work.

Folsom Car Care has done all my vehicle maintenance for a couple of years. They have been very responsive, and even proactive, as I have asked them to be. Their people are very professional. This is the vehicle maintenance relationship I had been searching for.
