Flooring
Finishing Touch Flooring installed our hardwood floors in November 2008. Since then our floors have started to bubble. We've made several appointments for them to come remedy the problem. They have not shown/not called on multiple occassions. Finally, they did come out and ripped up a portion of our floor but have not been back to fix it. They also replaced some floor in the kitchen but this caused further damage to the floor in the living room. I had another contractor come out to look at the floor and he recommended redoing the entire floor because Finishing Touch did such a bad job.
